John Freeman has enjoyed a successful business career with 25 years’ experience in managing change through turning around and then growing businesses as CEO, CRO and mentor to Board members.
He has operated on a global basis in businesses from £2m to £480m, working for household names such as JCB, Guinness Group, Electrolux, and Vic Hallam plc.
Turnaround requires particular expertise in creating the environment which allows change to take place. It requires a broad range of experience using leadership skills, highly developed strategic marketing analysis and financial planning expertise to assist management teams to create realistic business plans that match the market needs with the business’s ability to deliver.
